that means you have fucked sectors and MAYBE your hdd is dying.
"reallocated sectors" means the data that was stored in one of the permafucked sectors was moved to a healthy sector, "pending sector" means there's 1 fucked sector waiting to have its data moved.
i don't know why it says 'bad' because as far as i know that's normal behavior for fucked drives.
keep an eye on it and if the number of 'pending sectors' goes up buy a new drive, cause if an important sector gets damaged your OS will shit itself

Not the worst thing since it means the drive actually recovered from whatever was wrong. A one-off thing is probably an anomaly you can ignore.

I had a disk that started pooping out unrecoverable read errors, turns out it was due to the power supply aging and dying. Was causing my USB modem to reboot randomly as well.
