Is it me or https-everywhere is really slow on Firefox? Same with privacy badger btw

It's an addon that has to load on startup, then do a lookup and regex match for every single url loaded by firefox (which is dozens and dozens per page). Of course it's fucking slow.

The fact that we still need shit like httpse means the internet is still in a pretty shit state. I'm glad letsencrypt is gonna happen soon so https becomes the rule instead of the exception.
