My pc needs could be filled by a 600€ prebuilt with some i5 and 750ti graphics. I just want to torrent shows and play Chivalry.

Should I pull the trigger on some discount prebuilt? The easiness and warranty is what I want.

You get warranties on components if you don't buy from shit brands - a lot of them are 5-10 years, or even lifetime, i.e. longer than standard prebuilt warranties.

Building takes 1-2 hours - easy.

if you build it yourself each part will be under it's own warranty
if you buy a prebuilt the warranty for everything will be as long as the shortest lasting part

Perfectly aware of building own computers, just not a i5 750ti combo for as cheap. Sure the powersupply and everything else is crap.

prebuilts use terrible parts, just go to pcparts picker and find an existing build to copy if you are that lazy.

logicalincrements is also great for lazy people.

Nevermind, all those lenovo erazer gaming pc's I kept seeing on discount here in finland are sold out. Would have been relatively cheap for casual gaming.

Right up until you find out the power supply is a 300w ching chong unit and it dies after 3.5 years, while a $400 PC you could've built yourself with the same specs lasts well over 6.
