A friend asked me to build him a computer over the black Friday and cyber Monday weekend sales. He's given me an 800$ budget.

I've built many computers in my last but all with much higher budgets. What lower costing brands and components do you guys recommend? I've always used crucial, corsair, Intel, EVGA, etc.. And I've never purchased a radeon before.

Im sure his highest needs will be modded GTAV and probably not that because I won't waste my time helping him get banned. Gimme a hand guys. I know we don't know exactly what the sales are gonna look like but we know a bit of each part is gonna go up for sale.
