WP is extremly good.
Fast as fuck, good design, the only problem it has it came to late.
Android and Apple already have the marketshare why would a normie even try Windows phones. They have terrible app support and no real pros over android/iOS.

My father owns a Lumia and its pretty good.
The camera is extremly good.

If their flagships wouldn't be so overpriced and would cost <400 I would seriously think about buying one.
But I sure dont pay 600 evro for that shit.

I don't switch out phones often so I have owned android. I have used friends and family's iPhones and windows phones though.
Android experience wary a lot. It is the most popular OS and runs on a lot of different hardware. I don't think it is slow on my own phone but some animations can take a bit too long. Input during animations are not always handled perfectly. 4.4 felt faster than 5.1 but 5.1 is more consistent and I don't feel it slowing down over time (with more things running) compared to iOS, android feels faster or about the same. Things like unlocking the phone to take a picture or respond to an email feels faster on android unless you use a pin on android and print on iPhone but that is a hardware thing.
Windows phone seems fast but there is no apps and the few that exist crash often because it only runs on feature phones with a touch screen.

since andoid 5 every thing is slow as fuck, somtimes the phone crashes and need to reboot

Windows Phone runs fine on slightly older hardware like the Lumia 640 and you'll get an upgrade to Windows Phone 10 soon,
so even if you don't want to spend 600 euro on a phone there's plenty of choice for you. 640 has a good camera, IPS display with good pixel density.
What more could you want for about 130 euro.
