Hey. I'm having trouble with vlc. Any time a scene is static, the non-moving bits do this weird thing where sometimes parts become blocks of like a single colour. It's kind of hard to see in this picture, but it's really noticeable in motion and makes the background of scenes look like they're flickering. I've tried fucking about with the video settings, enabling post-processing and whatnot, but nothing seemed to help. Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening?
