Ok /g/, I have T-Mobile(USA) and their insurance.

Story is

>Say I'm getting out the car, have one leg out
>Nephew says no you're not and accelerates
>I fall out car, phone is smashed
>No charges pressed, but kicked him out(was staying with me)

Should I tell the whole truth to the insurance or just say I fell?
