Is this an effective way of cooling or should i in ex. make the FAN 3 and exhaust?

2 140mm in the front as intake

1 120mm in the back as exhaust

Anything else is excessive.

Literally one in the front and one in the back makes the most difference, every additional fan has diminishing return.

Unless you have a case which is completely air tight except for the fans then all your diagrams and explanations about how this aircooling, or that aircooling, works is nothing but rubbish. The majority of the cool air will be pulled in by the inlet fans but some air will get in through the air vents and cracks. On the exhaust side hot air will escape through the fans and other vents and cracks. A computer really only needs two fans and that is the cpu cooling fan and one exhaust fan. All other schematics are utter nonsense

Unless you live in a completely 100% dust free environment, or feel like cleaning out a filter behind your computer every other week, never use a rear fan as intake.

It's best to have even intake/exhaust airflow anyway to avoid positive/negative pressure. Your configuration would yield positive pressure, making the dust buildup an even bigger issue.

The radiator won't fit on the top and won't reach across to the front. What do you suggest?

Use the radiator fan as exhaust and top fan as intake, perhaps?
