I was banned so many times from CS 1.6 because they thought I was using wallhack it's not even funny.
CS:GO footsteps are hell from the 5 minutes I tried to play

VAC bans have nothing to do with your skills, with your k/d ratio, with the way you kill someone, with the way you destroy the opponent but only with hacks running in the background.

you got banned by server admins and not from VAC.

csgo sound is arse, but if you equalise your volume and mess with the equaliser you can make it so footsteps are louder and guns sounds quieter, helped me a lot.

works for me, but will be complete shit if you plan on going to lan parties or gaming when someone is doing something else, since I'm living pretty much alone or without much background noise, open back is pretty nice, but they don't block any sound in or out
Also do the foam mod, haven't done it personally, because they're still under warranty and I don't want to fuck up my chances of repairing my fuckup
