The Nexus 6P has a slightly worse screen and camera, with no wireless charging for $300 less, $400 if you want 64GB. But it also comes with stereo speakers, Nexus updates, easiest modding possible, and awesome radio support.
The LG G4 has worse build, slightly slower speed, and IPS instead of AMOLED (personal preference really.)
But it also has removable battery and sd card, and is straight up half the price, even less if you want the 64GB note.
If paying an extra $400 is worth S Pen, absolute best screen, absolute best SoC in an Android, wireless charging, and the glass build, then go for it.
