Since Panos Panay came into this thing, we can all agree things have gone greatly at MS in their hardware department. Is the Surface Book perfect? No, but neither was the Surface Pro and look at how much it has evolved now.

You can tell that the Surface team listens to what customers and users have to say and they fixed a shitload of things in the Surface Pro 4 from the Surface Pro 3.

We can expect the same thing to happen in the Surface Book 2. A sturdier hinge, a larger screen, better tablet-mode battery life, lighter design, etc etc.

Seriously, they did a great job for their first time making a laptop, a very powerful one at that.

Same thing will happen with the phones when the Surface team takes it over (already confirmed to be working on it).
