Alright /g/ I'm a poor college fag and am still on my family's Verizon plan. I'm looking for a new phone and due to the Z4v fiasco I don't really know what to go with. I'm trying to avoid easily broken shit like the S6 and Apple is a no-go. I don't care for the LG G4 either. I kinda like the looks of the Android Turbo, but I'd like to hear more on it first. Any recommendations?

Durability isn't my biggest issue, I just don't want it to shatter from a three foot drop as I've seen happen to other people. My phone currently is the Motorola Droid Razr M and its slipped out of my hand (I'm 6'2" so that's about a 4-5 foot drop) and shrugged it off like it was nothing without a case. I forgot to mention that I'd prefer to avoid Windows on my phone, but thanks for the start.

Oh, and while it will mostly work w/ Verizon, it has no CDMA support to fall back on if the other bands are unavailable. If you don't talk a lot or can stand VOIP over Wi-Fi and/or Skype, I'd recommend T-mobile's $30/mo plan. 100 minutes talk($0.10/min after), Unlimited international Texts, "unlimited data" 5GB @ max network/device speed, 2G/3G after that, no overages.

I have a HAM2 and that plan, and while the phone is getting glitchy with it's beta release of Lollipop and my abuse over the last 14 months, I'd still buy another Huawei. Wish there was more community support and development. I lmiss playing around w/ ROMs on my old T989 Herc(T-mobile S2). That was until the solder joints decided to go all wonky in the wifi/bt after numerous drops. 3 swift hit to the top rear, and wi-fi and BT start working.
