I'm using a free VPN right now, but plan on paying for a good one by the start of november.

What VPN do you use?
Would you recommend it, or do you plan on switching too?

I'm using TorGuard. My ISP cuts off service if they detect pirate torrents and it has never happened to me.

I need a VPN that I can torrent on, as well as general browser usage.

I'm almost positive my workplace blocks PPTP and L2TP, rendering those unusable. No clue about OpenVPN.

What I really need it for is my phone. Nexus 5, 5.1.1 CM12.1.

Private Internet Access has an Android app for their VPN, making it usable. Anybody have any recommendations or should I just go with PIA?
