SSH - Moving all files to another server by FTP

hey /g/entooman

What is the command if i wanted to move everything in cpanel public_html on my vps to another FTP server.

Need to move everything in my file host vps to a new FTP. I figure I can do that via SSH?

rsync over ssh is the fastest and safest. If you have shitty internet you can even use compression.

thanks for the quick reply.

The VPS is hosted online, and not local. So I'll be moving files from it, to another server that's also not local.

Will Rsync do what I'm looking for?
