Ok stupid question time. On my chromebook I can switch between Chrome OS and Arch quickly with a key command. Can I do the same thing on my macbook pro (OSX and ubuntu)?

Your comparing one scenario with the chrome book using the same kernel, and one with the Mac using two different kernels. No it doesn't work that way.

Not sure if OS X can do that or not, but I can switch between my Arch and Antergos installs with keyboard shortcuts, so yes.

The only way you could really do this is by running Arch on a VM in full screen mode and switching workspaces between OS X and the Arch VM.

Really though if you are asking this question I dont know how you made your way out of your mothers womb. Littleown installed arch or got a job that earns you enough to buy a machbook

How do you get arch on Chromebook, I thought the scripts were for ubuntu.
