hey /g/, i bought a gtx 750 ti last week to upgrade

it works fine except that it speeds up to 100% seemingly randomly. it occurs more frequently during taxing moments, but it never reaches above 50 celsius, so there's no reason for it to go 100%.

pic related is graphs from msi and hwmonitor while it's spinning 100%, which they don't recognize

what can i do?
