It's basically a Chrome that acts as a tabbed Explorer. Very comfy, fast, and simple to use.

It's OVER-featured, I mean just check the fucking Settings. And even after you spend a few hours configuring it, it still feels like a hassle. For example it cannot catch WIN+E at me, new tabs don't switch tab, etc.
It's just not the same.
