Governments around the world, especially the UK and US, since they're such a big part of the world financial system, try very hard to make it impossible for people to transact money anonymously. A big part of their power, both law enforcement and raw political bullying, is based on that. They'd get rid of cash if they were able to for that very reason, it's untraceable.
So you can use cryptocurrency (remembering that bitcoins are not very anonymous unless you're very careful. The blockchain is public and anyone can inspect it, so there must be no way to tie your identity to a particular bitcoin address, which is nontrivial to achieve) or you can just try sending cash by mail, with a fake return address and all that shit. Wrap it in paper so someone who holds it up to the light doesn't see the outline of bills, it'll look like a bundle of ordinary documents.
