Losing your domain (I'm assuming that's what the mentally ill post was talking about) has nothing to do with your server or data or keeping anyone safe. You also can't lose your domain any longer without unlocking it with the registrar and getting the trasnfer code. Unless the registrar has some major security flaw, that can't happen randomly.
