I am aware that asking for advice out of the blue isn't very polite but I need help making up my mind.

Looking for "the best" tablet for under 300€

Lenovo yoga 2 and nexus 9 seem pretty good.
I'd prefer an android based tablet.

I have a yoga 2 android, it could have excellent battery life but the lenovo kernel devs are fucking incompetent and its crippled by retarded wakelocks. There's 0 custom ROMs or kernels either because locked bootloader.
Get the nexus.

Not exactly what I'm looking for but I appreciate your contribute.

I just want to buy an all-rounder that can be good for the next 2-3 years. I read both n9 and yogatab2 have subpar screen quality.
Anything better?

Samsung galaxy tab 3 is great, 2 years running and not one problem. Somewhat of a battery hog if not in economy mode however, but solid none the less

For what purpose? For media, movies etc samsung galaxy tab s is best for various stuff like apps, browsing, reading books ipad, for serious work surface (surface 2 if you also wanna watch movies)
