Depends, if I know I'll make it on battery life I'll displug the charge.

If I know i'll be working on my laptop for some more hours I'll leave it plugged in.

Easy mistake to make.

Some of the older technologies needed the battery to be fully discharged periodically to extend battery life. Keeping the battery "floating" was not good practice.

Yeah, I try my best to only recharge when it's 20% or less. Helps keep the battery as healthy for as long as possible, or at least I think it does and it's pure placebo.
