Big PerkTV farm, can i get sued?

Planning on building a fully automated PerkTV, Swagbucks, AppTrailers, Starwars Card Trader phone farm that will rake in ~$1000 a month. ToS says I can get banned for doing stuff like this, but can I get sued? What if it was ~$10000?
