Need some help, I have a piece of crap toaster for a PC, shitty parts, I just need to ask if there's any advice you can give to make it perform a little better before I upgrade. I want it to play GTA V but it can barely run it.

The GPU is just laughable.

AMD Radeon 7570 (GDDR3 1GB, 650MHz)

AMD A8-3820 ( 4 x 2.5 GHz)

8GB RAM (probably 1333, DDR3 or something)

2TB 5900 RPM HDD

Anything worth doing or should I just go ahead and build a new PC?
