>>51069340If you're talking about general organisation of files and removal of junk, you shouldn't need to be doing such a cleaning in the first place. Adopt better practices (use NoScript, verify downloaded binaries), keep your "Downloads" folder only for things that you are OK with deleting (else download directly to Media/Document directories etc.), do weekly malware scans etc.
If you're talking about your computer itself, just pull the plug, open it up, and suck up the dust with a vacuum cleaner once every 3 months. Every 18 months (mark it on a calendar) grab a can of compressed air and clean the insides of your computer thoroughly (the radiators, fans, etc.) since a lot of stuff will be stuck and unable to be sucked up by a vacuum cleaner.
