Okay, /g/. I've got a mystery trying to fix my laptop. Basically my windows on it is fucked so i'm using ubuntu to try and get my files off. Couldn't figure it out, so I ran it by my buddy who knows ubuntu way better than me, he couldn't figure it out either

Basically, without typing a giant wall of explanation, it refuses to mount the harddrive. I get

>NTFS is either inconsistent, or there is a hardware fault, or it's a SoftRAID/FakeRAID hardware
But every other measure says the harddrive is fine

What the FUCK is happening, /g/? I'm hella confused
