While knowing a keyboard's general layout and being able to type without looking, there are still buttons I don't remember, simply because I don't use them often. And I doubt you use every single button and shift-combo in your keyboard in such frequency that would allow you to remember their locations.
Pause, Scroll Lock, Insert. Do you know exactly where they are without testing them? What's the button between Backspace and Enter?
