Use android device as a Bluetooth speaker?

I'm looking to utilize my android smartphone as a Bluetooth speaker for another Bluetooth device. Is there a way to do this yet? Pic unrelated

dont bother, android introduces 100ms to 300ms of audio lag, it will just make everything sound like shit.

Why not just spend $20 on a shitty Bluetooth speaker that will sound infinitely better and do the job without a tinkering induced headache?

The bluetooth stack on android isn't really designed to serve as an a2dp sink. Does it have to be bluetooth?
