On Nightly you sometimes have to suffer through bugs and/or incompatibilities with add-ons (ABI changes), but you get access to new features/capabilities earlier and most of the time better performance. Been using Nightly since FF 3.x, only use ESR to test websites before release (amongst other browsers).
