If you are a better programmer then them, you have nothing to worry about. Its about time though that salaries normalized for entry level programming and web development. The wages have been artificially high for a long time. The work is not that complex, and it shows, since a bunch of tumblr/github sjws can pick it up. The fact of the matter is scripting and standard code monkey shit is relatively low skill work. If you are in that sector of the industry, get your shit together and make yourself worthwhile.
As far as I'm concerned, I'm happy that there are going to be a bunch of fags making websites cheaper and creating more competition for software companies that benefit from this low skill labor.
