Just got an SSD. Reading about tweaks for it and people are suggesting to turn off pagefile or move it HDD. What do you think?

Yeah, you could also reduce the size of it, it depends on how much ram you have.
4GB or less reduce pagefile size to 2 GB
more than 8GB turn it off
It's generally a bad idea to move it from an SSD to HDD, since that defeats the purpose of the higher transfer speed.
Also remove the hibernation file if you don't use hibernation, since that also takes up a bunch of space.

There might be some things about caching and stuff, but that is just minor for the modern SSD controller to handle.

Unless it's usb3.0 you'll have speed issues.
Then there's the problem of ever having to remove it.
I guess it'd be better than staying 100% HDD but it seems kind of dumb, you'd be better off getting another stick of ram and eliminating pagefile all together.
