A. Break back into the house you stole it from and leave it with an apology note.
B. Go back to the library/Starbucks you found it at and drop it off at the lost & found like you should have done to begin with.
C. Contact the guy on Craigslist you naively bought it from. Ask him if he has any more phones for sale, he'll probably say yes. Meet up again and beat the shit out of him.
