Forced to use Internet Exploder 11 at work for some third party websites. It's getting slower and slower, webpages starting to consistently crash or not load. Nod32 is running, do complete scan so no obvious infections. IE is just completely fucked up.

Alright, time to uninstall then reinstall IE 11...
- run installer, takes 15 minutes, then exits: "The Internet Explorer installer did not finish."
- WTF? It left a link on the desktop, read through it and figure there are some uninstalled updates.
- My system has automatic updates on, by the way
- Install updates, reboot, run installer: "The Internet Explorer installer did not finish."
- Install MORE updates, reboot, run installer: "The Internet Explorer installer did not finish."
- THREE FUCKING HOURS of this shit, finally IE works again.
- WTF? Skype is now installed, can't unpin it from taskbar, has special status from Microsoft. Uninstall Skype.
