You definitely want a 750 Ti.

It has only a 60W TDP, and it can be run completely from PCIe power, both of which are extremely beneficial factors when you've got a prebuilt with what is more than likely a weaksauce PSU.

Might I also ask how much RAM you have? I'd suggest upgrading to 8GB if you're not already there.

450W should be fine for a 750Ti. I ran an 89W 9600GT off a Dell 305W PSU. Your processor takes less wattage than the Windsor X2 5200+ I was running with it and the 750Ti takes less than that 9600GT.

I just hope you didn't pay much for that thing. It can certainly get by, it's just not worth much.
