I just find it expensive considering I can accomplish many things digitally for zero cost. I've never liked expensive hobbies (or talking about expensive hobbies, like cars) and I've never had a disposable income. Lastly, I think people who talk about things they simply can't rationally afford are retarded, which for me includes 90% of things I'd like to do with electronics.
Every time someone on less than 40k a year tries to talk about some 5+ litre v8 they want, I roll my eyes because they can't even afford the petrol on that. Stupid.
