>>51086788I got one because Verizon had it cheap (guess that football leather back wasn't as popular as they thought it'd be). As it's my first smartphone, I can't really compare it to anything and my app usage is limited mostly to web browsing, so I can't comment on how it handles games either, but it seems capable enough.
The screen looks nice and the camera is decent, but you need a separate app to access advanced settings. Battery life is average, from what I read. No real problems aside from some wake-locking right after I got it. Don't know what fixed it, but it hasn't happened since. If you get a non-carrier locked version, you'll get the Marshmallow update. The ability to wave your hand over it or take it out of your pocket and have the time/notifications displayed without having to press any buttons is a feature I'd miss, but that's probably found on other phones, too.
Overall, it's a good choice if you want something cheap-ish and reasonably powerful, especially if you know you don't need a high-end phone.
