Debian's aptitude, apt-get are failing to find any package. By downloading manually from official repositories always request more and more .lib that never ends.
How the fuck am I suppose to install ffmpeg?

I feel like the problem is likely the fact that you've mixed Debian and Ubuntu repos in sources.list. Try commenting out the Ubuntu lines, uncommenting the main Debian repo, then run apt-get update.

Ubuntu repos at source.list was recent, after the creation of this thread even.
By removing them nothing has changed.

Package synaptic is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
