Question 12 is vague and only has one answer which is objectively wrong.

Question 21 has 3 possible correct answers, NTFS does mark bad sectors automatically whereas FAT32 does not.

I don't see how "automatic detection" is a responsibility of the filesystem and not the kernel. They both allow you to mark sectors as bad.

No. 12 is right. If you already have a system image stored, which most likely would be a clean version of the image, then you would use that.

If you used an incremental backup, there's a good chance that one of them would have a backup of the virus on it as well.

No it fucking isn't. If you have physical fucking damage you're fucked. All CHKDSK can do for you is check if the "bad" sector (as marked during a power event or similar) really is bad.
