i fucked up can anyone help me? I dont know how to fix my desktop this is what shows up now.. no icons recycle bin etc anyone have any help

That's an annoying error, I had it too. You have to run a command in order to fix it.

Open up CMD as admin an put this in:
del C:\Windows\system32
Press enter, after it finishes restart your PC and it will be back to normal.
