Also not liking the sudden change in color right before the hands. Why did you decide on this?
The hands, particularly the front dark blue one, don't look like they're actually gripping eachother. And I'm not sure why you only have part of the hands outlined in blue - it looks inconsistent and unnecessary.
I'm also not sure about the font... the letters don't look solid and strong enough for me, probably because of the serifs. Maybe play around with other choices/styles?
Overall a pretty solid concept and draft, just needs a bit of refinement.
