I'm helping a good friend design a logo for his audio production business, "Young Pup Audio."

I have a decent knowledge of illustrator, but by no means am I a graphic designer. So far this is what I've got, but I don't want people to look at this and think its some dog-sitting business.

What would be the best way to incorporate some audio reference into this logo, without just writing the the name below the badge?
