Im in a bit of a problem here so help me.

I did this design for a client and made a news design error (page numbering) and the client printed 500 books

now, legally speaking who is at fault here? me or the client?

because it was surelly an error I didn´t notice, the client payed for it BUT
the client didn´t show me the demo version the printer gave to them and I stated clearly in the contract that I would only do the desing of the book. I wouldn´t get in charge or in contact with the printer
so!, who´s at fault (legally speaking) because the client was show the demo and gave the ok for prineter to print. I wasn´t shown the demo.

I´m getting a lawyer first day of the week
