Just came up with this logo for my brother's receipt printing software.

It's supposed to be a yellowish receipt and a clock.

What do you guys think?

Did you literally do this in MS Paint? Look at the outline of the scroll in the top right. Oh man. This is a grease fire on so many levels I don't know where else to start.

receipts don't look like that at all
they are white, the text doesn't look like it's in a paragraph style
this looks like a lazy compilation of default Clipart and is ugly

1. Make the receipt look like one, don't use a generic scroll icon.

2. If there isn't a direct relation between the software and time management, there's no meaning to having a clock in the icon.
