Hi /gd/
It is my first time posting here and I would like some critique
Not talking about the background
Where can I improve?
Or should I discard the logo completely?

A logo design should be recognizable in both big and small sizes. The "electronic gaming" is way to small, either remove it or increase the font size to match the width of "Requiem". The logo itself has some very thin lines, which will look really ugly in small sizes or disappear alltogether. Like the commenters said before, reduce effects, concentrate on the basic shape and appearence.But other than that, keep on improving. =)

Removed shadows and the black like after the edge on the top.

Also, this is supossed to be an Arrowhead... don't ask...
