>>4085702Because she isn't a mainline girl. Japs don't seem to draw any of the non-mainline girls that much, unfortunately. It seems like girls like Naruto's mom is drawn almost exclusively by western artists and so you have a lot of art with quality that ranges from laughable to almost-average.
I'm honestly surprised there isn't more art of Samui.
