Because they're milking a dead cow at this point. The last time they make something new is on 2010 with Cross Days. School Days HQ is a remake. Shiny Days is a remake. Strip Battle Days is a preorder bonus that got released separately years later. They bandwagon on the mobile train and outsource KLON to make Island Days, but looking how they slapped the parent's company name, Stack, instead of 0verflow in it (0verflow only mentioned in the game opening, other than that Stack's name is used instead), I suspect either the parent company is prepared to ditching them out, or they don't want to use 0verflow's name on non-VN titles(Anime has Stack's name in the ED, but the manga has 0verflow's name mentioned).

I just got the hardcopy in the mail theirs a interview of the maker of school days shiny n cross days. He says it cost so much to animate but if shiny days jast usa does well he is planing to make a new days game :D

There's several endings where one or more characters are murdered or commit suicide. You're referring to the Anime ending which is similar to some of te bad endings in the VN.

Shiny Days really hasn't been selling nearly as bad and last I heard they were making on a patch to fix the problems.

Generally the stuff JAST censors is stuff they would get in legal trouble for if the game was released over here. While I'm not certain what they censored chances are it had to do with underage or something or other. I know that they did censor quite a bit in Starless because bestiality is kinda illegal.

Are you the kind of moron who doesn't realize that the vast majority of buyers bought Shiny Days in good faith that JAST would release a restoration patch?
Unique gameplay? Don't fool yourself. Aside from the rapey rock-paper-scissors game Shiny doesn't add anything new in terms of gameplay that wasn't present already in the original School Days more than 8 years ago.

So? It is still the greatest innovation in Eroge. In fact, All eroge should be like School Days and Shiny Days, animated. When something is censored is in the game, people tend to overreacted, it's just Kokoro, a child. Also, let me ask you proof? Are most of the buyers really expecting Kokoro to be restored or like me, only care about the animation and sex scenes and not bothered about missing a rather disgusting child rape scenes. Shiny Days is still unique because after 8 years, It's the only game after school days to be fully animated.

The reason 0verflow went bankrupt is precisely because of that animation. It blew up their budget and lead to delays, lack of quality checking and an overall feeling of a sub par product. The animation is worse and reused more often than the average low budget anime. It's either one looping motion, or a series of very stiff and restricted movements and range of expressions. 3D modeling is significantly cheaper, but more often than not will end up looking worse.
