Defiling that which is pure- this inherently has to be done by an impure force, or it would not be capable of defiling. I don't think you need to read any further than that into the orc's presence. Being big is just feeding the power fantasy. Everything else is just playing to the fantasy/orc-elf theme.
If I wanted to attempt to get more specific than that, I might say it has something to do with dragging the unobtainable down to your level and then punishing them for thinking they're better than you... but upon further reflection this is likely a specific subset of power fantasy and maybe not universally applicable.
I think there might be an extra thrill related to the idea that, within the context of this fantasy, orcs raping elves is just an inevitable part of nature. Maybe it feeds into the notion that she is completely helpless, no help is coming, and there is no governing body to apply justice after the fact- once caught she is entirely at the mercy of the orc's unrestrained whim and he has no reason to hold back or restrain himself.

idk, my brain doesn't work this way. Probably, everything the same as above but instead of rape-as-power fantasy, it's rapee-stripped-of-power fantasy. I don't entirely understand why the idea of being out of control is pleasurable, I've heard the justification that it gives women sex without the associated slut shaming, but I think there's probably more to it than that.
