Here you go. Found it in another thread.

Here's a tip. You'll get something called ntleas with this. You have to use this to play the flash game. Start up ntleas and at the bottom there's an empty line. Click the button on the right and put the game in there and than click "save and run" at the bottom. Never had this before with any game so it take me like 10 mins to figure it out.

you touch the girl, then the game stops, shows you a couple of screens, then you level up your shit and then you buy some other stuff to use on her

each time you repeat this you would be able to touch her more, then you will unlock some h scenes and that's it, grindy as fuck

A dev who knows Dot_Slave said that he has been working on PiC2 but has burned himself out and was taking a break for a bit. No idea what the progress is as the blog hasn't been updated for a year.

The same dev recently posted in the ulmf thread and left a link to a skype group saying Dot_Slave said to post it but didn't know why. So it's still unknown what the game's progress is or even what the final character re-design ended up being.
