Until I get a drawing tablet, probably not.. Just because it is so tedious and annoying to do them with a mouse.

But feel free to post any images you think would turn out well, and if I like them I'll save them for later.

Yeah everytime i start to do a depthmap with a mouse i get frustrated at finer parts like the hair in this one and quit halfway through.

How do you save the image and depthmap together into one file? I figured it was separate layers or something, but doesn't seem to be that..

seems like its the alpha levels are saved as a level overtop the image, then saved to .png

I used Depthy's "save as png" function. Loading both an image and it's depthmap enables such function, you only have to get to the share menu (the button that looks like a <)

also, you can save as jpg, it makes it look like a "normal" picture, but the depthmap will be attached to the image and weigh less than the png one.
