Okay, I'll try to summarize what Google provided me with:

Haruka is making out with a fat guy and while she's doing it there's a flashback of her conversation with the dolls that shows she's slipping into insanity and that her "yandere eyes" or something like that activated.
Later on, Shu is watching a sex tape of Haruka and Senpai and jerks off to that. There's no genuine sex scene between Shu and Haruka.
At his work place, there's rumors of his wife sleeping around and his boss confronts them with it whle they are out drinking. Shu plays it off as a joke, but gets an erection at the same time. And that's where the chapter ends (?)

There's nothing said about a trip or beach in there, so maybe that was made up and not that much time passed since the last chapter.

can say that i like that manga at all in fact i hate it since is completly stupid, story is not well made and the epilogue is just plain stupid its like reading happybirthday side A,B and after it doesnt make a single tear of sense but for the ppl that like that kind of thing you did a good work, and if you´re going to keep translating things is normal that ppl like it and some dont.
