99% of artists have highs and lows, high on feeling good about your art, and lows of feeling like you suck and everyone else is better. These come and go and no matter how good you get it almost never fades.
Do it everyday. If you want to get serious, stop playing video games and draw/paint instead, eventually it'll become your way to escape/entertain yourself. You won't miss video games and drawing will be a way to unwind and you'll enjoy doing it and you'll get better. You'll still have lows though.
Don't go on /ic/ you'll get sucked into terrible art drama that'll eat up your time, a lot of artists spend way too much of their valuable time on there. There're some pretty good artists on there, but just stay away.
